I created a ticket regarding the restoration of my clients data as per advised in your updates page, which seem to be "emptied" right now. It has been over 11 days and there isn't a single account restored yet. I've already PMed you regarding this, but you seem to be ignoring it. You know how important it is don't you?

I recently asked them to make good on there free VPS offer for resellers and all they could do is grumble some silly excuse about you only get it if you paid retail through there website.
