care for this seller, I have purchased 1 year of hosting and the site www.fierceservers.com has been offline for the past 2 days with no notification whatsoerver, the other site that this user operates http://www.upload3r.net/ is offline too, I have oppened a dispute about this. Hope noone else was ripped off.
This was resolved and you should have been emailed. This has to do with contracts worth much more money than a shared hosting service and considering the small amount of clients (3), this was a necessary change that unfortunately had to be sudden. We're preparing for the future of our services in advance so servers don't need upgrading, so we've introduced new servers (16 core CPUs) in a new DC. The change of DC didn't allow us to retrieve your e-mail address to be able to notify you of what was happening until we got back online. To solve this, we are now mirroring the database to a backup service for our billing system. Our goal isn't to receive feedback like that obviously, and it is in our best interest to have your accounts online and always available. I can assure you there will be no further service interruptions. We have credited everyones account for an extra year of service because of the inconvenience, and hope you will stay with us during that time and more.
