shared public IP and Unique Visitor - How to ???

    Hi All,
    I want to display Pay Per Click Ads for Internet Cafes users but first of all all PC in a cafe share the same public IP but also many Internet Cafes share the same public IP.
    How do I go around that ?

    The only way around it is to set a cookie to identify the different PCs sharing 1 IP.
