Buying Shared or Reseller account in France / Spain / Italy

    I'm looking for low cost, low spec hosting accounts in France, Spain and Italy. I can consider shared or reseller accounts, and only need around 1gb space/10gb transfer. My sites are legal, family friendly, low cpu usage and I require very minimal support.

    If your websites are legal, is there any specific reason for requiring servers in these locations?
