Shared IP Hosting - Will it affect Email Delivery

I am looking at new hosting again and am wondering if dedicated IP address is safer?
    1. If someone is sharing an IP address with me and they SPAM, could my email get blacklisted (by IP address)?
    2. Are there any possible SEO consequences to my site(s) if a website sharing my IP address gets Google slapped for link farming or other black hat techniques?

No... It doesn't matter in any way, unless you are sharing a hosting server with a banned IP Address!
I use sharing hosting on godaddy servers and it works just fine.

There are so many shared IP's - so it is not just the IP alone that gets listed, its a combination of IP and domain name that may get marked.

If you can afford though - go for a dedicated IP.

    Cheers

Go for a dedicated IP not a Dedicated Server, otherwise, sometimes it might be a problem but then again its rare. A dedi IP costs around 2 or 3 dollars at max. Sometimes you can get it for 1 dollar monthly.

no there will be no problem if you are using another domain, and your email wont be blacklisted or in the list of spammers
