    If you are gonna make any money you're not gonna do it on a shared hosting account.

    Why would I buy a dedicated or virtual server for a proxy that I haven't even made yet with no traffic? Once it improves I'll definetly switch. I thought that was obvious.

    Ehh... they are right though.
    Even small proxies can't really survive on Shared Hosting.
    You can create a new proxy, spend $100 in advertising, and you already need a VPS.
