Cpanel would be nice but it's not a must. My budget is about $5 - $15 per month or $50 - $150 per year depending on your hosting package. The sites have legal content in the US. Well you can buy godaddy's Asia Pacific hosting (singapore) for $1 a month using coupons. However, it would be for a single domain. You can find coupons for the deluxe hosting as well.
but most of them say godaddy is worse. When i was looking for hosting my domain, everyone said godaddy was a bad choice
