I have been doing some searching around, and was wondering if anyone could help shed some light on this subject. Say for instance I have a shared hosting plan, and have 3 or 4 sites on my shared hosting of completely different subjects (and whoever else might be on the shared server). I want to start my link development campaign, using directory links. As long as I DON'T link my sites together, does anyone think that would be a problem? Say for instance, I buy a link on Avivadirectory for each individual website on my shared hosting...would those incoming links from an authority site be de-valued in some way (even though my sites are not linked together)? Thanks in advance for your responses
Nope, there's no reason they would lose value. Think, some servers host hundreds even thousands of sites. I have a network of 6 sites all on the same server, and submit each to the same directories and they are all doing fine
it will not be a problem . on the other side, linking your site to each other will not effect your serp because of them same ip
