    Hi,
I wanted to share our new venture - http://sharedcloudhost.com and get some feedback and reviews from you guys.
It is a different concept and service that we are offering.

    Please share your views.

Site looks good, loads fast here. I'd recommend offering a little more bandwidth per plan, if possible.

500MB space and 1GB bandwidth is very very low for $10/month (in my opinion).
So you would need to work a bit more on your packages.

Also why is your hosting company site hosted on a shared IP along with 2500+ other websites? and they've obviously not your clients...

One thing I don't see mentioned in the disadvantages of cloud hosting is that if the host does not precisely maintain every version of the server's technology across all their servers (and they may have hundreds) then development can become a nightmare as three people in three geographical areas will see three completely different results of dynamic data simultaneously. This translates into hours following up what server you were logged in under with tech support (and subsequent hours when you log in under a different server and the problem begins to feel like a ghost in the machine), not to mention the embarrassment and frustration troubleshooting with a client.
