Sorry, it was my mistake. The site that pays 5 per 1000 is bigshare.eu. However they don't say what countries or filesizes are included, so I don't trust them very much.
For sharecash, you must find a clear target people who will download your stuffs. But its bit hard too.

It really depends on how you promote, you need to promote awesome stuff. Even sharing fake zips/rars with software that can't be cracked will get you hundreds of downloads.
