Shareasale tracking code integration problem

    Hello,

    I am getting the problem to integrate shareasale tracking code. As per the given instructions on shareasale, i have done the code

    <img src="https://www.shareasale.com/sale.cfm?amount=<?php echo number_format($_REQUEST['prc'],2);?>&tracking=<?php echo $_SESSION['SESS_TransactionID'];?>&transtype=sale&merchantID=XXXX" width="1" height="1">

    it dont get fired and we get the test result fail

    plase can any one help on this or how do get help from Brain please help its urget
