w3bmaster re: "Olus succesfull is not all about money" <- very true

Anyways, my story in a nutshell..

I was reading every book/ebook I could find and listening to anyone that wanted to talk to me about becoming successful/marketing/investing when it finally dawned on me I needed to stop listening and just do. As Sir Richard Branson says "Screw It, Let's Do It." I figured I would take a step approach by entering 4-5 niche markets to test the conversions and customer interest and go from there. Most of the markets failed to produce any significant returns so I started thinking again about something useful that people are asking about all the time that has a buzz around the product/industry. So then I found a company and started working with them selling their product for them with ease and after learning the business inside and out I said to myself, "Hey, I could do this all myself." So I took out a sizable loan (Scary!) and began manufacturing and producing my own products from the ground up. Now today I have 25 employees and have spent the past 2 years traveling the world expanding the business to create a truly global market.

I can tell you though it takes an enormous amount of time, hard work, patience, and discipline. You must listen to everyone telling you ideas and choose what you feel is best for the business. Do not get caught up in one form of advertising either.. tackle them all and allocate resources as they need be but the more exposure the better.

If you would like to ask any questions or whatever then feel free to PM me because I know how you feel and I have been in that situation not too long ago.

Hope this is what you were looking for.

    Regards,
