Hey guys, I am thinking about starting Auction ads on one of my site. I like the concept (though I am not a fan of adsense). How much are you earning on average, and how many clicks and subscription do you get every month.
In June I got over 100,000 impressions, 10,300 clicks, and earned over $400. I don't really know what you mean by 'subscriptions'...
Here's my 27 day trial, but I have very low traffic atm (built up from 100 - 300 uniques a day this month) - I'm loving it so far Total 135661 2166 1.60 $17.26 I think he means referels rather than subscriptions. I only have 1 referel atm.
Oh.. I have about 35 referrals. Since we have no way of seeing our referral earnings I guess (and hope) that I'm getting paid for them.. but nobody knows for sure..
I tried them for a few weeks on my anniversary gift website right after they launched. I didn't have very good luck with 'em--no earnings at all. Granted, my traffic is not at an outrageous level, but I prefer AdSense and selling text-link ads. Paul
If you assign campaigns to your ads, the referral income shows up as income without a campaign. It's easy to spot that way.
Auction ads is something I haven't tried ad, buy seeing 4$ per thousand impressions for some guys here, I think I'll try it... Cheers.
The funny thing about AuctionAds is that visitors seem to REALLY enjoy clicking them. If only they'd click my Adsense and Chitika units with the same enthusiasm!
I put them on my site on June 11, so from June 11 thru June 30 I had 27,895 impressions, 914 clicks, CTR rate of 3.28 and earnings of $31.62.
AuctionAds work for some sites very well and then doesn't work that well for others. So to see if it does well for your site you most probably need to try it as you will never know otherwise how well it would have performed for you.
Ive been testing auction ads and am happy with it so far. I am going to be implementing it across my network and will post results in a month
