    Don't be afraid to go for it. Years ago, I went for a job I hadn't a hope in hell of getting. Not surprisingly I didn't get it but I was offered an even better one. I went for a writing job in a shipping magazine (bleh!) and came out as advertising manager flying to trade shows all over the world. And I was only about 23 or so.

    What was that old Leo Burnett thing about reach for the stars...?
