I have purchased a brand new Dedicated Server to run some of my sites, but barely use half of it's capacity. I am also using this server to run some of my other sites, so I do not have a hosting site set up, but in a way that is better because the RIAA won't be able to report your site to me.

Hey I am very interested! Just one quick question, what happens when the resources (say the disk space) is close to 90% utilization, do you upgrade disk space? what is the initial disk space allocated?
