Share in a web hosting company

Hi,

I am looking for a partner to come in to my hosting company to help make sales and promote. They will need to bring a very small capital in to the company (around $100) and in return they will receive a %50 stake in the business. All this will be in writing so that it makes this a legitimate partnership.

I may be interested, may I ask how much money and time you have already invested in this business? Also how much experience do you have within the hosting market, could I see your business plan and marketing strategy?

I have already invested around £250 with billing software, server costs etc. I have around 5 years experience within this field and can find my way around a Linux or Windows server. If anyone come in to this with me we can have a contract written up so that it is a clear 50/50 split

 

Could you PM me a business plan with a clear outline of what you want the business to be doing on a month by month basis for the next 6-12 months please?

 

see thats why i need a partner, the business side of things is not my strong point. I am technical side, writing business plans and stuff is not my strong point at all

And the business at the moment, are you a Sole Trader or a Limited Company?

 

At the moment i am a sole trader, im not sure on the pound side as my server costs are in $ and most advertising i have seen is in dollars too. What would you be able to offer?

Just a quick question before i consider investing in this opportunity why do u need a partner when its a low amount can't you sell services on the forums such as forum boosting etc or borrow this money off prosper.com or even members on digitalpoint?

Also do you have a website/domain ready for this, if so can i know what it is.
