Hello all Hopefully you can do me some suggestions for the next challenge. We are a secondary school that has his gmail contactdatabase (emails, addresses, phone numbers, ...) and wish to expand this and use this with all our employees (with or without permission to modify contacts ...). In our current system our contacts are divided into labels (01. Government, 02. The organizing authority, 03. Accounting, ...). Within these labels we do have several contacts. These labels and contacts are centralized on the account of the school secretary (). We would like to wish: 1) to create a new account () 2) that we can centralize / export all existing labels and contacts to the account (of to ) 3) to share this account with all our employees (with consent to change the contents) 4) that all the staffmembers could access these contactdatabase and send mails from their own accounts Do you know an application that meets our demand? thanks in advance regards
