    I am Looking For Someone who will partner with me to start a hosting company and buy a offshore server.
    All costs will be paid in half by both.

    i am looking for someone who can spend around 100$ Per month Along With Me.

    We Are Alowed To host Warez Files and such things.

    didn't knew you were on dp ganesh ;)
    and the main server is having a ram failure,this problem is out of my reach,i wish i could fly to hongkong and change it myself,but the datacenter told me it should be solved soon.
    and this didn't affect our other servers,only the main wrzhost server,the other servers are clustered.
    we offer a wide range of dedicated offshore solutions starting from 150$/month
    you can also buy a vps if you are just starting your hosting company.
