Umm... If this thing was happened in my country, those who were sitting, will be forced to resign from his/her position by his/her party immediately. It's an inexcusable situation in some countries.

 

Obama does the same thing in the US. It happens everywhere.

 

Really i feel very bad for my country that these type of politicians are in India
