Just my luck isn't it? I join a PTC site, I get to the payout minimum and then two days after requesting payment the bloody domain name expires! Typical. lol
You can probably tell by my original post that I'm too upset over it, mainly because the payout would have been $1.99. I should have guessed they would not last as they were offering advertisers n1,000 clcks for $1.
Now, I don't think it is totally down to your luck - you could be a bad judge of websites and (even) people. It also could be do with the amount of dishonest people on the web and in the real world. How can they live with themselves?
To be perfectly honest I wasn't expecting the site to pay out. I'm a bit of a cynic. A couple of years ago I almost lost out on winning £1,000 because I refused to believe the guy was not a scammer.
