    I am from india, i have paypal account.. can i able to transfer money to United States or United State

    Transfer to who in United States ?


    If you are asking if you can pay someone in US then YES you can pay a US merchant using PayPal but you should have an International Credit Card issued by an Indian bank as funding source for your PayPal account.
