    Hello,

After the Manage Ads feature have been launched, I am not getting any clicks recoreded.

Shall I use the old adsense code I have it in my old sites that works well? Is it against TOS or illegal?

You should update your adsense code.
Why would you want a code that doesn't record any clicks?

You do not have to update your code if you do not want to. I've got a few (hundred) sites that I'm not going to bother changing from the old code. It's too much of a chore.
