I think it is very importont to have high ctr and My site gets very very low CTR from 12:00 am to 5:00 (passific time ).I have got 300 impressions but a few clicks and very low earning for this time interval . I think If I turn of adsense for 5 hours I would increase my CTR and I will get better earning. I am not sure about it. What do you think did anyone tried this before?

    Why bother?

I don't know what it's like in your niche, but in mine 12:01 a.m. Pacific is the start of a new Google Day, and that's when the new daily spend kicks in. It's my impression that the first clicks of the day are worth a lot more than those later on in the day.

Besides, I think too high of a CTR may attract unwanted attention and scrutiny.

I think what whizzer has said could be right. If you just turn off the ads, I mean it will create unnecessary attention or suspicion with the ctr. What's your concern anyway if you just leave it as per it is?

CTR has nothing to do with what you are paid per click. If the visitor that clicks the ad doesn't convert for the advertiser as well as similar sites, you can be smart priced, but turning off ads isn't going to help conversions.

If you have better ads source in this time interval you can switch it.

the reason to turn it off for this time interval is to have higher ctr and in my opinion if i have a higher ctr Google would show high paying ads because of high ctr it will give more earning.
I am not sure but I check my statistics and I see that If my CTR has decreased %50 i realize that Google shows very low paying adds. So I will test and give you feed back is there any risk applying this method ? I do not think so let me try and tell you results

    a already said above
the first few hours of a Google day always gets highest eCPM - up to 2 digits per click at times - most of the dollar clicks are done during this time

the last 4-6 hours usually are the lowest paying hours each day
that however also may have geo-"political" causes - I have visitors from 4 major language groups from some 210+ countries world wide

hence instead of switching OFF you may switch to an alternate advertiser for the lowest paying hours each day
    OR
do some self-promotion during daily off-peak hours - using OWN banners, etc for important products or pages on own site
