   I have made 2 layers, and gave them different shadow angles.
   
   though when i try to change the angle of the toppest layer it would change the main shadow angle as well.
   
   i.e the S letter, and the main page shadow:

   You need to uncheck "Use Global Light" in the drop shadow parameter window.
