SH404SEF seo tool

is there something similar to sh404sef but that is non-commercial? i understand sh404sef is quite expensve but i was hoping for a lite version or something half as good but for free.

all i need mainly is that my pages have a uniform metatag before the page title e.g

mysitename > page title on all the pages
