Yes its a good domain name, try local advertising in Singapore for selling off this domain, maybe Singaporean forums etc. would be a good choice, or if you have contacts in Singapore, get classifieds printed etc. in newspapers when you want to sell. The domain can go from anywhere from mid $xx to a non singaporean buyer to mid-high $xxx for a Singaporean buyer. Although they do have .sg domains too, but oh well. IT
I don't think it would help much by selling this domain in a Singapore forum.. Try to use Google and find out what are the current domains that fall close to yours but contains more words.
