.sg domain question

    Today i saw that now we cna register .sg domains for USD 5. I reg 1 but still its showing the domain is available. Does .sg have the same procedure like auctioning. If so, then it is strange because i dont see anywhere mentioning about it

    i didn't registered a .sg but should be the same until is manually done

    yeah, also interested to know where to register .sg? Is it available for foreigners?
