.Sfw extracting link algorithm

Hi guys ! I need a quick help. I have this .sfw banner with link generating algorithm inside. you can see it at http://www.24sata.hr/banneri/Piaggio_popup_futach_2.swf.
Anyway i have decompiled it and this is what i get

basiclly this generates an link with 10 digit hash on the end. Can anyone tell me how can i reproduce the hash without using actionscript, or what the hell am i looking at, since i'm trying to implement the same algorithm to vb.net aplication. If it help "token" represents the hash here.
