i'm not clear on this, are you creating videos and watermarking them or stealing other peoples work and watermarking it? if its thte latter how can that be in youtubes TOS ?

 

I am just getting videos from other sites, duplicating the same video on youtube will be against terms of youtube, but sometimes still I get sexy videos from youtube, resizing and editing the video is hard to find out and I never had any problems with it.
