    Hi, I'm restructuring my business and has decided to let go most of my content sites/blog (which aren't too many).

    Here's the details of one of them:

    Theme: Sexy Videos
    Platform: Wordpress Blog
    Traffic: Averaging 500+ number of visits a day (awstats)
    PR: 4
    Content: Almost 300 blog posts.
    Income: I've only recently placed some AFF ads only lately and haven't sold any text links yet.

    What comes with it?
    The domain, and content. The WP theme IS custom made, and has been submitted to major wordpress theme sites. You get the full rights to the theme.

    Traffic sources are from search engine listings for the current month June 15th:
    - Google: 1045
    - Yahoo: 890
    - MSN: 359

    Plus traffic from links of other websites. Bought paid links as well as links from the Wordpress theme that other people are using (there's an anchor text link at the bottom of the them linking back to the site)
