Yh i agree google will help. There are some wordpress theme generators outhere ( i assume you are using wordpress?) although i have had no experience with them myself. You contract a design out to someone although that wouldn't be free, but you would get a unique theme that would match ur niche.
Use one of the fantastic frameworks - out of the box they are hot - a little bit of tweaking it's sexy. Either way - you'll need a redesign to a degree at one point.
