i was surfing websites searching for information about photography then i found something.I was shocked, coz this is totally illegal according to google terms and conditions.Hope that site may get banned. What do you think is it illegal or does it void google t&c. I think that site may soon receive a ban.
yup it is not allowed by adsense, they will get banned at the end of month, when google will plan to pay them
lol.. Thats pretty good way to get attention to the ads.. Its strictly against Adsense TOS though. Whats the URL BTW?
I've seen sites showing these kind of ads in the past...and they continued using these ads for some good time. Can't recall the URLs now.
I think they might be showing this for some period and then removing it off. Google might not ban them unless they see or some one complains about it. What do you think guys?
No its not against! of Google Term Guides publisher dos'nt bear any sort of liability to show exact kind of ads according to nature of content & keywords. Its upto Google though which kind of ads it shows on any specified time
Acc. to rules its not a valid placement.. but whatever you all say, i think its a good creativity.. I think google should get more flexible in its terms.. Its the publisher who owns the site and he should have a right to design the site and ad placement the way he like.. and not the way google likes..
if you going to advertise your site in that manner by adwords people simply click ad and you not achieved any thing. i think you will appreciate that creativity
Mischievous. If someone reports it using the google link and they find out about it, it's definitely a ban. Maybe they will send a warning first but I don't think they will ever compromise on that matter.

Can you specify the thread url? I want to look if some image is been there which resembles such thing. What was end result of thread can you specify.
