can you good people give me some feedback on weather you think my sexual health advice site would be accepted by google adsence? i know they do not accept adult sites, but my site is not adult, its sexual health advice. i do have some pics on it, but not if they are not needed as part of the page the subject is on, and i do not have any sex pics, ie: no porn on my site, thanx in advance sammie xox
Is that you in the top photo, you saucy minx? Um, why have you got a site map on the home page? Speaking of which, you need a little work there. It isn't really a good idea to say the age group is 13 - 25 - come in for a nice cosy chat on the forums. It just sounds so .. um .. unsavoury somehow. Anyhoo, I'm getting distracted. You're question was about Adsense. Since you don't want to get your Adsense account disabled, it is probably better to approach Google directly and ask. At least that way you will know for certain, right?
The 2 main areas that might be of concern are the pictures and the adult area I think, where are the wise old head when you need them huh?
I personally doubt the site will be accepted into AdSense. It's unfortunate, as I think the site is absoultely great! Those pictures in the STI sections are enough to make anyone be safe Awch! Being from the UK it's hard for me to gage. I think the US may be a bit more reserved about these things than we are, judging by the reaction that J Jackson's boob evoked over there. I dunno. No harm in applying for adsense and seeing what happens. They may welcome a good sex education site. Give it a go.
I think the site would be fine for adsense, it's purely educational in nature and the pictures aren't any different then those found on breastfeeding sites, which can run adsense. If you don't have an account currently, you have to submit the site for approval and they can tell you then if you can run them.
