sexshop.lt - please appraise my domain

I have such a domain name sexshop.lt it's Lithuanian domain because I am from Lithuania.

Domain itself has about 30-40 UV a day by entering this domain in browser. Domain was never developed.

So what do you think, what's the value of this domain ?

 

As far as I know, the .lt extention is a very unpopular ccTLD. Undeveloped, this name is only worth reg fee IMO.

I don't want to develope it, because already in Lithuania there is 3-4 popular big sex shop style websites...

try to sell your domain name local company in your country. I think you can get nice offer.

If it does get that type of traffic then it would be better to monetize it. Have you tried parking or put some content and monetize from it. At first glance I thought it was .it for Italy extension
$100+ value.
