    I picked up these domains seeing the search counts for a phrase containing 'forum'.. Its having a search count of 60k + reported by overture.

    Please appraise this domain. depending on the appraisal value I am ready to either develop as a site or sell the domains.

    Extension, extension. Never to sure with .in / .co.in

    I highly doubt there will be any type ins however it houses two decent keywords.

    Unsure of value, take offers.
