I'm doing a site like www.shooshtime.com/clips , and as you see they have many sex clips range from 3 to 10 minutes , so if i wanna open a one like that , what should I consider . Is it illegal to put these movies ?

I think it's against TOS to link to porn. I might be wrong though.

In any case, if you don't own the video or have a license to display them, you can be sued.

As to legalities, it depends on what's on the video and the laws for your geographic location.
