Anyone else spot this story on the wires? What is the world coming too? The guy is convicted of abusing a child, but not sent to jail - the worst he has to suffer is to bin his porn collection. The reason no jail term: the Judge was concerned he was to short to survive jail.

Let's not go into the message this sends to short criminals... ;)

I cant believe that, so what if he dies in prison? Thats about as much as he deserves...

Thats weird! If the guy has some thing different about him then they should cater for his needs and put him in a safer prison away from taller people.

I still think he should serve if he is guilty of the crime.

What would you do if everyone had something "different" about themselves? Create 5 billion different prisons for each sprig of DNA?

The judge should have to serve the jail term for him. He's scum, she's scum.

If it was my kid that he had molested, I would help him serve his time - by shortening it. (Pun intended)

What is the world coming to. Can't somebody challenge the verdict on behalf of all sane and decent minded people?
