    Seriously, if you are diving into a domain like this and you have to ask advice on the best way to proceed, you really should learn more about the domain business before you waste money.

    I like that about pissing in the high grass- This guy is definately not pissing anywhere near high grass- this site has had 274 offers and still not sold therefore owner probably holding out for 2xx,xxx offers which this guy definately doesn't have..
