    Well before top visitors was from egypt.Also i readed or heard somewhere about google trends what words are searched mostly.Before was keyword sex most wanted and now no more.Also,now top searchers with keyword sex comes from egypt.

    this statement is misleading, this sex.com website is blocked by the Saudi Arabia & Iran Prxies and there is no chance on earth these statistics are correct.

    I think people of those countries just search for "sex" in google and sex.com appears on google first page, that intend them to visit, which might be making that difference. :)

    Iran is not an Arabic country, however the dirty word is not acceptable. The American is the dirty in this case since they are #1 in sex.com.

    The another thing is that the Arabic countries don`t know the sexual words, so "sex" is the only word they search for.
    Try another sexual words and see the results.;)
