    We recently hired a part-time staff member and she is based in Georgia, next door to Turkey. I slacked her this morning and she said that she felt nothing. Seems like the casualty numbers keep climbing, unfortunately.

    Apart from Israel building codes in that part of the world are not what they should be. This of course makes the situation all the worse.

    Over 11,000 so far counted as deceased. International aid groups are encountering major difficulties being allowed into northern Syria, due to political red tape issues....disgusting!
