Hi, I want to start a Porntube site and I'm looking for a country where it's relatively secure to host material that might be copyright infringing or trademark infringing. So it should be very hard for american authorities/companies to get their hands on the server. A country where the juridical assitance is very complicated and not easy to get. I'm thinking of countries like russia, or a country in south easy asia. The problem is, the support should be good and in english. Also the servers need to be very fast. Does anyone have any experience or recommondation of a hosting company?
Avoid Asian hosts i would say [mostly for server reliability & communication issues], look for some in Neitherland [this is just my thinking that if PirateBay like sites can exist there, your porn site too] or some other smaller less-strict European host may be.

the TPB case is different and am not getting into it again here choice of good host .NL, .SP, Ukraine ,DE, .FR the current law which was passed in France will not hold on server hostings like ovh which is the best any ways . of all them i would pick Ukraine just for the safety factor cause they give a flying F to American laws and they have decent servers with good peering to E.U and States.
