Setup WP 3.1 - Missing Images - ideas?

    I just setup a new copy of WP 3.1 and none of the WP images are showing;
    When I check the path, all the images are there. I even tried to install a
    new theme, again, no images show, either on the blog or within admincp.

    any ideas?
