Setup WordPress On VPS With Subdir-Post URL Not Found?

I did a Googling search and search the entire Word press.org with above keywords, visited here and there with no avail.

My OS is CentOS and Kloxo Panel

I tried all below in lighthttpd, non-working!

When click on any URL of the post link, Google Chrome said;
Oops, That wasn't found
Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.

Anyone have a solution?
