Buying Setup Reverse Proxy, Apache + Lighttpd (port 81)

    I run a tube site, and I would like to save some bandwidth and disable hotlinking.

    Website: LoveHomePorn.com (NSFW!)

    So, I am looking for somebody experienced who can install Lighttpd on a port 81 with Apache. Apache would handle everything beside .flv files.

    What do I currently have?
    - Directadmin
    - Apache
    - Varnish

    What would I like?
    - Apache + Lighttpd (.flv files)

    Why?
    - Seek anywhere in the video.position.
    - Prevent Video Leeching / Hotlinking (Bandwidth theft).
    - Bandwidth conservation. Limit download speed per connection.
