Make sure yuo updated all the include filenames. Chances are you'll find reference to a 184 which you forgot to update to 307.

Warning: fsockopen(): unable to connect to ads.digitalpoint.com:80 in D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ad_network.php on line 7

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ad_network.php on line 7

Before the last updated all works fine.

    Where is the problem?

I probe it with www.negocioastur.com/dp.php and with the option "show errors" enabled in PHP.INI. Now this option is disabled. Before with previous version all run ok but now nothings works fine.

Looks like the system automatically blocked the IP for making excessive queries to the ad server (not caching ads). If you look at your .txt file, do you show ads in there?

Well something isn't right with the server if the cache file is empty. Did you check the permissions on the file?
