Setup Help. Warning:fcolse()error ??

    Hello,
    I have just followed the instructions for a php site.
    When i open my page with the php code installed i get the following error.

    Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /public_html/ad_network_380.php on line 21

    Please help?

    Try taking off the @ before the fsockopen and see if it's giving you an error when trying to connect.

    Your web server isn't able to contact the ad network ad server. Can you ping the ad server from your server?

    I discovered the problem.
    I need to enable my host to use port 80 as they had shut it for security reasons
