    you do not need to "install" it. Just create adwords account if you do not have at and add some ads for your site in it

    Signup for adwords account. Create ads.Fill in the settings for your ads. Make payment.Your ad will be online after approval..

    Visit http://adwords.google.com. From there it's pretty much self explanatory.

    Also, spend some time to learn what you are doing else you may end up losing money.

    All you need to do is go to the google adwords and sign up then set your settings first for your ads, remember there is always the HELP SECTION[/COLOR] , to make you understand the whole thing.
