Goals are set to track specific business goals, like a sale or registration. Goals cannot track Adsense... not so sure.. can anyone here give me a shout here if they find a way to track adsense data using goals.. Not sure why you would need that though. Read Here how to setup goals: http://www.roigain.com/blog/2009/10/setting-goals-in-google-analytics/
Thanks For the sharing. Just wonder, if cannot measure for Adsense using Analytics, then it will be only applicable to track the conversion rate for Sales only? Please correct me if I have this wrong. Thanks
twin_s' IS RIGHT THAT, Goals are set to track specific business goals, like a sale or registration or forum submission, that means 90$ unique visitors. thanks,
Goals can be anything from a pageview to a click. Any measurable business objective can and should be treated as a goal. Some of the major ones are - sales, lead generation, subscription, comments (for blogs). Ashish
