    What do you mean ? Do you want a Credit Card so you can pay or you want to accept Credit Card Payment ?

    Check out 2checkout.com , Moneybookers.com to name a few.

    Paypal Premier or Business account allows you to accept Credit Card payments from members at an extremely low rate compared to the rest of their competitors.

    Go to PayPal.com and signup for a new account. Now...add your CC and enter expanded use number which you'll get after paypal charges your CC with $1.95 and you'll be able to use your CC for uploading funds...
