Hey, This is a bit difficult to manage on how to work for payments. I need someone to setup and run my site, OnlineTourneys.com I simply don't have the time to work on it right now. You will receive 60% of money made from selling ad space as long as you are running the site and selling ad space yourself. I will put the money into the site, be it for a license for a script or anything else, it will be hosted on my server. It will be 60% for a minimum of 6 months but I reserve the right to cancel the agreement if you are not bringing in advertisers or doing anything on the site, this is very important. I am hoping to work with someone that can also work on my other sites (I have 10+ currently) so this is more of a tester than anything, this can quite easily become a full time paid position with working on my other websites. I am doing a % with this site because I want to know what someone is like before working with them and giving a flat rate. I am a member on a lot of websites for more than 10 years, I have a lot of experience and I have a great reputation in the industry, I want to know who I am working with first and someone capable.
